Create new soundpools

I just recently purchased MusicMaker 17, and I like the way the soundpools are organized.  I had previously used Acid Pro, but the one feature I really like about MM is the SongMaker for quick and dirty music clips.  How can I organize my hundreds and hundreds of sound loops and clips to be usable within the SongMaker?  I had just pointed to the directory where my loops are (BTW, these are not official MAGIX soundpools, just collections of clips and loops I have collected over time) but they don't create a sty;e, with apporpriate breakdowns for use within the SongMaker.

First please refer this Pdf you will know the answer to your question.

http://www.magix.info/us/difference-between-soundpool-and-audio-file.online-training.195831.html

The soundpool in Magix in fact is a Construction Kit with various instruments and same (BPM) Beat Per Minute. Therefore when we use song maker it can read and make song however, with audio/loops song maker can not read as there is not' individual instrument.

Not even if those loops are indeed individual instruments?  Either way, I'll take a look at the PDF.  Thanx.

What you want to do once I had the same question and successfully did one thing and can use my own in song maker.

Important; instruments wanted to use should be of same BPM

Example there are Drums, Strings, Bass, Pads and Synths with same BPM make a master folder named: Test then inside this Test folder create folder for each instrument(Drums, Strings, Bass, Pad, synths) and put those audio in the respective folders..

Note this is the important part if want to use perfectly. In the Magix soundpool there is alwasy a text file BPM which shows BPM it is better if it is inside TEST folder.

This is an example copied from Magix Soundpool DVD 12 Genre Techno Trance BPM text file.

[Tempo]
BPM=140

[HarmonyTable]
Scale=c

Sample1=c
Sample2=d
Sample3=S
Sample4=f
Sample5=g
Sample6=As
Sample7=B

and this is the Hip hop from same DVD

[Tempo]
BPM=90

[HarmonyTable]
Scale=C

Sample1=C
Sample2=d
Sample3=e
Sample4=F
Sample5=G
Sample6=a

If you know the BPM of your instruments you can insert this kind of BPM text file with each Genre. If you explore your Music Maker Basic folder and open each style you will find it. Copy that exactly and paste in to your folder.

Some times without BPM also works with only instruments folder.

Note; Do not every play with your original audio whether it is from soundpool or your own, always make backup then play around.

If need any help please ask.
