Hi everyone !

Would like your advices please ... I have magix music maker 2016, updated 2017, I would like to create country music with my software so I went on catooth website but couldn't find anything but blues, that's a start but country sounds would be perfect ! Anybody knows where to find any country soundpools anywhere ? Do you know if magix is up to create country loops ?

Thanks for the answers, have a nice week !

I'm pretty sure last time I was on Catooh I saw country soundpools. Did you try searching? My problem was actually buying the soundpools I wanted. For some reason it didn't like me.. Oh well...

Yes, just checked. There are lots of country and folk soundpools there. Just search "country" from the home page and you should find them.

Hi,

There is or was a free one called Country, but is difficult to get it to work in the Soundpools part for some reason, so I have to use the File Manager to access the loops. I got it working in the previous version, but this new one has some problems.

Has anyone found a Catooh button in the latest version (2017)

Hi

. . . . Has anyone found a Catooh button in the latest version (2017) . . . .

There isn't one, the manual says there is, however, none of the places mentioned have it, the Keyboard shortcut does not work and it is not listed in the shortcut settings.

AFAICS it has been replaced by the Store tab in the program. Not as good maybe, however it allows purchase more directly.

@John EB,

Re missing Catooh button, I advised Magix that they may see a drop in sales without this button. No reply. We know where to go, but new users don't.

@Elodie,

It looks like the Country loops have disappeared as I can't find them anymore at all in Catooh.

The first comment I would agree with, the second however I would put forward the thought that the more younger users will be used to seeing 'the Store' to go and get things from, based on their experience with Google Store ( now Play), Apple Store, Microsoft Store etc, and so will automatically go there.

Hi John EB,

With the "Store," all I get are the packages that show up under the tab. There is so much more available in Catooh, so at least the link button should be there. But then, I don't work for Magix, just my marketing experience showing through; I would have the button there.
