Count in or Count down metronome

I need a way to count in before recording so that I am on que. The metronome begins as soon as the record button is pressed. Other DAW's that I am familiar with have settings that allow the user to adjust the count in time for the metronome, or if you want to hear it during playback or not. I can not seem to find any settings for this in magix and it is quite frustrating. Please advise ASAP. I am using Magix Music Maker 2016 Premium. Thank you!

Hi,

MusicMaker is not a real DAW, and there is no way to count in. For this, you would need Music Studio (a baby DAW) or better, Samplitude Music Studio (an adolescent DAW). The real DAW from Magix is Samplitude Pro X2.

In Music Maker, simply always leave the first bar for the count in, or if recording further downstream, start the yellow loop bar one bar early to give yourself a count in.
