Correct Forum

Ok, sure I'm not in the correct forum. Yadadada. I appreciate you explaining that to me in my 2nd post. But until I get a resolution, to get to the correct forum, you should let the customer decide when the ticket is closed. Just because you sent me the solution, doe NOT mean I understand it. This site is very confusing. So although you guys probably live here, I visit once ever 5 years. You should focus on making the customer experience a pleasant one. I was in a good mood coming into this. But the moderators here are a bit closed-minded when it comes to ACTUALLY helping people. You're so focused on keeping your precious forum protected that you lost site to actually making your website easy to navigate for people that infrequently visit it. Very disappointed in Magix. After this production I'm working on, I will end my tenure with Vegas and start using DaVinci Resolve, so you have one less customer to deal with. Next time. Explain to the customer what they are doing wrong and how you can help them. MESSAGE SENT. Then, wait for them to acknowledge the correct path needed BEFORE closing and locking their request. MESSAGE RECEIVED. Communication is also receiving the message. Communication is not Here's a link and try to guess what Magix wants from you. Very poor communication. Horrible actually.

@Justin-Kapr

This is a user forum, not Magix support. We are users like you.

You have now been told 3 times that this is not the Vegas forum and you were given the link to the correct forum. Go there and complain.
