Which Vegas product do you have? If it is any version of Vegas Pro or a version of Movie Studio earlier than version 18, you are in the wrong forum. Please see this pinned post. If you have Movie Studio 18 or Movie Studio 2022 you are in the correct forum.
I don't think any Magix program requires that cookies be activated in order to run it; cookies are used in Web Browsers, not programs so can you tell us rather more about the actual problem you are experiencing and why you think it is caused by cookies.
