No, there are many video converters that can do this - MovAvi and Handbrake are 2 converters I use.

However, if this is a 3rd party request that the file must be in MOV format this is meaningless - the MOV and MP4, are container file formats, not video formats. They can contain video and audio in many different encoding formats.

For the conversion you need to know what internal codecs are required.

MediaInfo is a useful video analyser software that will tell you what codecs are used in video files and more.

If the MP4 to MOV conversion is required to support an Alpha channel (transparency), conversion will not do this as MP4 does not support Alpha channel video.
