Content Pack under the help menu in Xara Designer Pro X won't download

Content Pack under the help menu in Xara Designer Pro X 17 paid version won't download. It starts then pauses and never restarts. I am using a desktop with a AMD Ryzen 1950X 16 core with 32 gigs memory and Windows 10.

Possibly your firewall or virus software is blocking access to the internet from Web Designer.

Close the Xara program, then disable your firewall and virus software temporarily and then open Xara program and try again.

Thanks but thought of that and it didn't block it. Just tried again several hours later and it worked. Must have been a problem with the site. Again thanks for the response.
