@Joe-Donaldson Click on the SUPPORT link at top of this page and then select your product. On the next page scroll down until you can click on Contact Support. Then create an e-mail ticket.

Depending on your error message we in this user forum might be able to help you a lot faster. It can take several days until you'll get a response from customer service.

@Joe-Donaldson Yeah, you probably entering a new e-mail address. That's not possible. You need to enter the old one or change it first in your customer account, where you also need to log in with your old e-mail address and password first.
