I purchased two MAGIX products earlier today and have received NO emails other than replies to my queries about why I did not receive a confirmation email. Three hours ago, I received a reply to one of my messages telling me "our Customer Service Team will respond shortly". The products have been paid for but have not been provided to me. Sending confirmation messages is not rocket science. Amazon and other online sellers manage to send customers one almost instantaneously after a purchase is completed. I can't understand this casual approach to fulfilling your obligations. "We'll get around to it" falls well short of an acceptable response.

The confirmation message is not in my spam folder. As soon as my purchase is posted to my credit card account, I plan to dispute the purchase if the confirmation message is still MIA.
