Unable to download Magix Studio . Computer tells me the discount code is invalid. Cannot proceed with download.

Please do not duplicate post on the same issue, your other post, the incorrect one, has been hidden to prevent splitting of responses.

There are several types of code used by Magix

A product voucher code is a sequence of characters separated by hyphens and usually no prefix and can be redeemed once only. On redemption you will receive a serial number and download links by email.
A code with the prefix G3- is for some 3rd party add-ins.
A code with the prefix P3- is the serial number for the product.
Other codes are also used for specific features such as codec activation.

You can download the trial version of Movie Studio 2024 install this and activate with the P3- serial number.

If Movie Studio 2024 was purchased from a 3rd party retailer you need to take this up with the retailer, if you get no resolution from them then contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net providing a copy of the sales receipt and the voucher code.
