Combining two files into one music cd

I'm new to Magix Audio Cleaning Lab having only converted one  LP to CD so far. I'm on my second project where I need to combine 2 projects with their own file name into one music CD. It is an LP with only one track on each side. When I tried to load them into Audio Lab only one side would load so I had to do 2 separate files. How do I combine these 2 projects into one?  I can't find an answer anywhere. Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Hi,

I use the Video Sound Cleaning Lab but both have very similar user interfaces.  If I wanted to bring in two files, I would go to "import" select both files and click OK.  I just tried it and both files are imported. Now just save it as a new file and you should have both tracks in one file.

Good Luck

Thanks gandjcarr - I tried your suggestion but it wouldn't let me load/import 2 files at once. It only ever loaded the second of the 2 files. Any other ideas?

Hi,

I downloaded the trial version of Audio Cleaning Lab and it works pretty much the same as the product I use.

I created a quick video to show how I did this.  Keep in mind you need to do this with actual audio files not Audio Cleaning lab project files so if you have not done so already, export each song as a audio file (I usually use MP3) then this should work for you.  Let me know how it works out or if I misunderstood what you want to do.

Good Luck

Thanks very much. That worked perfectly. The trick being to export as .wav file (or whichever) then proceed. I didn't know that at all so thanks again.
