You really need to me a lot more clear about what you mean by "no colors".  No colors where.  Your post says it is about Magix.info, well, that is a web site so the colors there are a function of your video monitor.  Then you say "Video saver-no colors"  as far as I know, Magix does not have a application called "Video Saver".  Please help us help you and write more about the exact problem you have.
