Code activation on wrong laptop

I didn't realize my google chrome doesn't have windows 10, I used my code then it stated not compatible. I then purchased a small laptop with windows 10. Now I can't reuse my activation code, nor get an email reply from support. HELP!!!

@Jaiden-Wellman Look in your e-mail for a mail you should have gotten with all of your information after using the voucher code.

What are the system specification of your Windows laptop? Be aware that Music Maker does not run well on low budget laptops, It needs at least 2 Ghz Core i5 with 8 GB of RAM to run somewhat stable.
