Goggle got three+ million hits for "free video clips" but only one+ million adding "moon" and 'Stars". Quick look seems lots of sites offer "royalty free" clips which are definitely not free. Here's one:http://www.dvarchive.com/stock-video-footage/1/moon-set

This site http://xstockvideo.com/ says "XStockvideo is dedicated to provide completely free stock footage in 'web' resolution. And for a small affordable fee you can also download all our videos in FULL HD.". I just downloaded a sample which was 960 x 540 @ 25 fps which seems very usefull indeed for free!

Hi Michael,

You might also want to try videoblocks  www.videoblocks.com  it is subscription based, the offer a "free" 7 day trial  but you need to remember if you sign up for the free trial that if you forget to cancel it before the end of day 7, you will be billed.

I have been using this service for about 6 months now and have been very happy with the quality and selection of their clips, audio tracks, and sound effects.

Good Luck,

George
