This is a fairly straightforward question. How can I enter activate my purchase if after entering the serial number nothing happens. I click on the Activate button and it does not respond.

My system has over 1.5 gig of available space.

it is a Dell i7-8600 pc

running Windows 10 Pro up to date on windows

16 gigs of ram

I can port sound to either Realtek Audio or NVidia Hi Def Audio

Every other program works, the mouse works absolutely fine, but when trying to click the Activate or Purchase buttons Nothing happens.

No response and I'll move on to asking for a refund.
