Cleaned tapes and burned onto a DC, however the CD wont play the tapes, what I am doing wrong?

Have cleaned some audio tapes onto CD's and loaded the Magix software onto a new laptop, however the laptop isnt opening the CD's so I can here them.  All that keeps poping up is the windows media player which dooesnt take this software.

Am lost any help would be apprciated as I am sure its a very simple solution as the CD tapes do play onto my p.c..

hi road!  i'm having the same trouble.  when i burn a cd i'll take it out to my car n play the cd n it won't play!  but it does play on the cd in my pc.  ?????  i have no idea!  ohh n i have acl15!  i hope u'll keep me in mind when u fix it.  i'll keep trying tho 2 c if i can fix it!

ohh i forgot... here's the list of solutions they offer for the errors

 

recording speed to high - NO i have it set to the lowest level!

damaged cd-r - NO their brand new!

driver trouble - NO because it use to work fine!!!

problems with oversized cd-r's - NO my cdrom is only about a year old!!!

 

so whats the problem!!!?  ohh r problems might b a little different because when i'm recording it comes up with that error on the very last song!
