Hi there, A chat room is not provided as a widget in the current feature set of Website Maker. So, I suppose you would have to get an external chat room and link to that from your website. There are some offers of free Java-based chat services available on the web. You wouldn't have to host the thing either. They would host it for you. Just type into Google "free chat rooms website". I'm sure you can find something suitable. I hope this helps.

Try this one. I accidentally came across inside, and after looking through their site http://www.inside.tm/, it morphs a business website into a virtual storefront so business personnel can see and help their site visitors in real-time using chat.
