Changing key/chord in MM 2021

Are you talking about Soundpool loops?

There are multiple ways to do this. With pitches at the timeline. Via numbers block keys * or /.

Or you can use the right click menu.

For different kind of loops you need to use Timestretch & Pitchshift (Shift + P)

Make sure that View>Arranger>Show pitch ranges is ticked.
