I just bought some new sounds from Catooh and I can't download them onto my music maker 14. Everytime I try to do it, it downloads halfway and then it stops and goes back to 0%.

Hi,
you can download the files from Catooh onto your computer ok, but can't import them into your program? Or is the problem the actual download from their website?
If so check your internet provider and security software settings.
