CANT USE PROGRAM SOS!!

I purchased the musicmaker2013 box version today and my serial number doesnt work. I type in the exact one i recieved with my CD/DVD and i just see an red X beside it. I registered my product online and everything but it doesnt even let me use it :( What can I do?

Check on the account you created to see if the serial number has been registered against the software registration.

Go to magix.com and click My Account (top right of page)

On the left side click My Products.

You should now see your registered product and hopefully a serial number in the format
P2-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx
