Cant register trial

I have installed movie studio 17 platinum but every time I try to register the trial the page it takes me to to register does not go past the “log in to register” page! I hit the “proceed” button but nothing happens and I cannot open the program!
please help!

Where is the Vegas forum? And on my install it doesn’t mention it as Vegas but magix movie studio platinum?

Hi.Julie.

You are correct and it only shows as movie studio platinum as a desktop icon but it is saved to a folder labeled Vegas Movie Studio Platinum and is downloadable from the Vegas website. The Vegas forum is here.

There should have been a link in the program under Help and in the pdf document.

However, your explanation does explain why we see so many inquiries here and I should have twigged a long time ago as to why that was. Thank you.
