when i try to install the software half way through its installment an error message appears saying ' cycle redundancy error' and then forces me to stop the installment please help.
i also had it installed on my cp before and didn't use it for a while and when i tried to run the program this error message happened

Cyclic Redundancy Check is an error-detecting code used for data verification. When you get this error message, it means there is something wrong with the files or the hard drive.
If you are familiar with CHKDSK, you can run this command to repair the hard drive.
This command checks the integrity of your hard drive and fixes logical file system errors, bad sectors & file system metadata. It helps solve the Cyclic Redundancy Check error.
Follow the steps below to run CHKDSK.
Step 1. Press the Windows key and type cmd.
Step 2. Right-click "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator".
Step 3. Enter the following command. "E" means the drive letter of the partition you want to repair. Replace letter with your hard drive.
chkdsk E: /f /r /x
You could also try command sfc/scannow

@PATIENT-X sonit was a redundancy lock because I didn’t originally register the software after X amount of months it locked me out. But I logged into this site and registered the software using its serial number etc and was allowed access to it. Hope that helps.
But it was due to all of your help I was able to locate the issue. So thanks guys!!!
