Cant Import MP3

When I try to import a MP3 in to MAgix Music Maker 2015. The program freezes. On a very few files it works. But most dont work at all. I used to have Magix installend on my PC but got rid of it. I am using the trial version and as I cant get it to even do the most simple task, I doubt i will be getting very far here.

Also when i go in to the MAgix settings and try to change the auro bpm features (i thought these might have been causing the problems) I get a message saying...
