We need more information on what you are trying to do, the problem you are having, any error messages you are getting, and the Music Maker variant (Free, Plus or Premium) and version number as found under Help, About.

It doesn't have any sound, if hit any instrument, that message comes up and I don't know why, its a new laptop

Please re-read ALL the previous replies that you have received and at least try to answer ALL the questions posed. It is a pain, perhaps, to do this but, at the moment we have next to none of the information we really need if we are to have any chance of being able to help you.
