I had to switch my laptop to have it fixed and when I try to download my Music Maker 2021 to the laptop now, from my account it downloads a free Music Maker 16 free.
I click on the link in my account to download 2021 and it downloads the Music Maker 16 free How do I solve this problem? Using Windows 7

Did you previously have the full MM 2021 version working prior to having to get your laptop fixed? Whether or not it was the FULL version, either Plus or Premium, would have depended on whether you bought the upgrade from an older version or whether you bought the program new. In either case, you would have been supplied with a serial key for the 2021 version. If you did not upgrade from an earlier version but only updated you would have had only the Free version of MM 2021 on your laptop prior to it being fixed.
The core program is Free; you get access to whichever paid variant you have bought by entering the supplied serial key on the activation screen. So, have you tried entering your most recent key on the MAGIX Account tab of the initial Welcome screen?
