Hi

Not a lot to go on we need more information:

  1. Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset make/model, audio card or chipset make/model, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?
     
  2. Windows version, is it 32 or 64 bit, and is it up to date?  Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
     
  3. Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .
     
  4. Which USB analog to digital converter do you have - if it has no name what colour is it?

Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant.

Hi John, my laptop is an Acer ES1731-P6VT. intel Pentium N3710 processor. quad-core 4, 64 bit, 8GB SDRAM, 1TB HDD. intel HD graphics. DVD - writer. It has USB2 & 3 + HDMI connections and fully up to date. I have the Magix rescue your video tapes, new version + a rail version of Magix Movie Pro. Did you see the screen shot of MMP I put up ?
