I filled in my email address and the Serial number sent to me when i registered after installing om my computer, even filled the computer name as it was required , when it comes to send, all i get back is unable to send
@Frederick-Lovell Computer name shouldn't be necessary. I'm not sure what you're doing. You start the software, enter your email address and the P3 serial number in the activation window and it should unlock. What is your operating system?

Can you check that your firewall and antivirus are not blocking the connection to the Magix registration servers? That is the usual reason for problems like this.
Without quoting the number in full, please, can you tell us the first two digits of the serial key?
