So I got this Music Maker EDM edition from humble bundle and I can't register it for some reason. It says that the serial number (?) is wrong. Am I doing something wrong here? I am using windows 10 and I just today registered first time on magicx.
@Sami-Haapakoski If your number starts with P3 it is a serial number. If it starts with G3 it is a coupon code. Did you use copy and paste to prevent entering a wrong number?
If it doesn't work I would suggest you ask customer support at infoservice@magix.net for a replacement.
It starts with a G. So okay maybe I tried to put it in the wrong place. But can't find the place where I am supposed to redeem it.
@Sami-Haapakoski You enter it in the welcome screen after clicking on the "Enter Serial" button, if I remember it correctly.
Can't find it, this is all super confusing. I only find the place where to put a serial number but not the coupon code one.
