I paid for upgrade for Xara. Removed the old version, installed v17. I cannot register, activate or get anything to work. It tells me I have exceeded my limit and to contact Majix. Making that happen is seemingly impossible, there are like 15 things to do to get there. I tried to leave a message for help on Facebook and it was, of course, removed. My company is (or is that was?) about to load all the computers with Xara. I will return all the copies and seek refunds if I cannot get the most basic of customer service. I have spent HOURS coming at this every way I could, followed every instruction. I am supposed to contact customer service. Please tell me how? Why can I not just email support? I paid for the product. I would appreciate some assistance.
