Cannot register and activate software Sound Forge 14

Every time I try to register and activate my software (Sound Forge 14) I am told I am not connected to the internet when I clearly am connected. I don't know how to get past this problem and Magix technical support is the pits.

The Magix Customer Service Sales Team handles activation issues. They will assist you getting SF activated.
