How do I get to the "soundpool manager" what is the symbol?

my soundpool purchased Blues muddy buddy is file .mxcogg

Hi,

Start by updating to the latest patch, 24.1.5.112. Magix is now using a proprietary file format, as you have found out, and you need a more recent patch to be able to get it to work.
