Cannot open Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 in my Movie Studio 17 Platinum

Even though Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 is supposedly included in my Movie Studio 17 Platinum package, I cannot open it because I don't have a specific serial number for it. How can I utilize this program? Thanks.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You need to check carefully the email you would have received when your purchase was confirmed. The serial number should have been included there.

If it was not you need to contact infoservice@magix.net and ask that it be sent to you. There are no Magix staff on the forums so no-one here can directly help you, sorry.
