Cannot make purchases on the program

I am using premium magix music maker and found the soundpool in the store for techno sounds. I try to make a purchase, but it keeps saying payment unsuccessful. I restarted the program many times and restarted my PC. All of my info is correct, however it just won't let me purchase anything. I cannot find the soundpools on your website only in the in program store.

Try purchasing the Soundpool from Catooh.com.

Do note that you are responsible for maintaining a backup copy of the Soundpool as the download will no longer be available after 14 days - see the terms of service sections 4.2 and 11.4.

That's a good workaround, I guess, but I'm having the same issue now. My card works on everything else I've used it on this week and Magix even successfully authorized it. I want to make purchases directly through the Music Maker program, as I always have. I have even made a purchase with this same card, once, before. How can we get it working like it was before? What happened?

Their system blows a fit and does a failure without notifying you if your Address, Phone Number, and Name does not exactly match on your account / card / payment details.

Catooh does not work now, from 15/01/2020 it was shut down for purchases, these are now available on Producer Planet.

Catooh will no longer exist after 28/02/2020, accounts with Catooh being transferred to Producer Planet.
