Cannot Install Vegas Pro 11 (64 bit) License Key onto my new computer

Hello, I just bought a new computer for editing and I cannot install my current version of Vegas Pro 11 (64 bit) onto it. I find my License key #'s on your sight with no difficultly, but when I try to use the downloading feature it will not finish the download (it hovers at 50% forever). It does provide the old SONY download window which says I need Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SPI to continue, so I tried to Install it but it says 'Download was corrupted'.

My computer was custom built. TUF Motherboard -- NVidia GeForce RTX 2060 Graphics Card -- 4TB Hard Drive -- lots of RAM -- you get it. It is very capable!

Your Magix site seems great, It just isn't getting my stuff downloaded.
