What program are you using?
Pictures & short videos can be uploaded using the arrow button next to the smiley at the top of a new comment, so please share a full screen grab or a video of the problem, Full screen is better.
What media are using, pictures, video,,, ?
Can you click your icon at the top of this page - My Profile & fill in your Signature with the full name of your CPU, GPU & amount of RAM, also inc the Windows & Magix version, this will then show at the bottom of your comments & help understand your working environment,

Cannot get random transitions to work
The drop down menus are there but do not execute when asked,
EDIT: On the list under Select random transitions, there is simply a selection Apply random transitions in the track. Do so. I tried in VPX15 and random transitions were applied to all objects (videos and photos) on track 1.
You may also want to watch my tutorials on Transitions and Fades to better understand what you are doing. Here is Part 2 about using Transition Templates. Using Random Templates is near the beginning.
