cannot download software

I recently purchased Sound Forge Audio Studio and Acid Music Studio but cannot download the software. When I go to put my voucher code in, it states that it is either invalid or has already been used. I do not know how to proceed and cannot get anywhere with this. What do I need to do?

@Rick-Michael Have you bought it from Magix.com or from some other seller? If you bought it somewhere else, the seller has to contact Magix first and tell them, that you bought the software before the voucher code is valid. Sometimes this doesn't happen correctly. In this case you must contact the seller.
