Cancelling Subscription

Hey, I bough a month long subscription to make a wedding video for my wedding and no longer need the program and would like to cancel my subscription. Looking for a phone number of email I can send something to get my subscription cancelled. I have purchased Vegas Pro 365 and Sound Forge for Vegas 365.

Side note I was never able to utilize the program because it would not allow for me to activate my serial number or activation code that was provided.

@Dantin-Reimer Write a mail with your customer number to infoservice@magix.net and ask for cancellation.
