In my life I have never ever struggled this hard to cancel a subscription, it's like you make it this hard so that customers give up after some time and do not cancel their subscriptions. Please can someone help me cancel this.

However, I believe the details of how to cancel your contract should have been in the initial agreement you would have been sent when you began the contract.
