As far as I know, no, you cannot overdub in ACL. When you record, it automatically adds the recording to track 1, at the end of the timeline.
To do what you want, you need either Magix Music Maker or Magix Music Studio. With both you can overdub and monitor both what you are recording and what is playing in the arranger, but you need an external input device/sound card like my M-Audio M-Track which is connected by USB and uses an ASIO driver to avoid latency. With MMM, you can record to only 1 track at a time; with MMS you can record up to 4 tracks at a time, I believe. For this you would need more than one input.
