Can't use premium

nothingness wrote on 12/12/2022, 12:45 AM

I purchased Music Maker Premium and activated it, but can't use it. When I launch the app and try to change the setting of vst, it shows a pop-up that says I'm using free version and purchase the premium. I definitely signed up as well.

How do I figure it out?

Hi

If you signed in (Join) on the Start screen - you will see you email address top right of the start screen, if not do so.

Did you download and install all the extra content that became available after activation? Again if not do so - this includes the VST 32 Bridge for using 32 bit VST's and unlocks a further VST feature.

Hi, I just found it wasn't activated actually. Since I logged in and found Free version right under my username. When I clicked it, it was activated.

Thank you!
