Can't register Samplitude Pro X2 Silver

jason-malenko wrote on 3/12/2018, 10:24 AM

Hey guys,

So I bought the complete MAGIX "Sound of Music" Humble Bundle and everything worked great except Samplitude X2 Pro Silver. The registration portal for the page is not working. I'm just posting here in case there's an easy solution and other people experience this problem. As you can see from the screenshot the login link does not work, despite the fact that I'm registered and can log in and out of MAGIX.com without issue and was able to register Acid Pro 7 and Sound Forge Pro 11. All the other software had a dedicated registration # except for Samplitude Pro X2 Silver.

The link it's having me use is this:
http://www.magix.com/user/register/product_registration/login_screen.php3?VARPROGRAM=SamProX2_Silver&VARCHARGE=13.1.3.176&VARREGISTER=register&VARLAND=US&phash=Vl0mfiq0mFuTPObx&email=jmalenko@live.ca&trialkey=TRIAL- followed by a key

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jason

You just ran into a Magix anomaly. There has always been a separate registration system for Samplitude Pro and Sequoia (but not for Samplitude Music Studio). In your image, you are in the Magix Pro Audio - Service Center. Thus you have to register there as well. It's best to use the same un and pw as for the main Magix registration. Then you should be able to register the Silver edition.

You may want to register on the forum dedicated to Samplitude and Sequoia. It is separate from this forum.

http://support2.magix.net/boards/Samplitude/

Let us know if the registration works ok.

Hello Jason. Hope you've already solved your issue. But in case you didn't, here is the solution.

After launching the software to register it, you're prompted to a page on which you have 2 choices. First one is to try to login with your Magix's ids and the second is to create a new account.

Samplitude Pro X2 Silver is a "Pro" software so it has a different data base than the one for softwares for everyone so you have to select the second option in the page "I don't have any login data, and I would like to register". Just follow the procedure and you will receive your activation key by email.

You can use your existing Magix's id and password to register so you will have the same ids for everything related to Magix

P.S : Sorry for my english, it's not my primary language
