I was looking to purchase either Video Pro X or Vegas Pro 19 but the payment method I usually use, PayPal, does not seem to be available on the site. The only options seem to be Visa or Master Card. So I caved in and got a prepaid Visa card but that does not work either. It says that card details are incorrect even though they are not. I checked. Any help would be very much appreciated.

First, does your bank/card issuer use the Two Factor Authentication system, as detailed in this pinned post? If it does not, your purchase cannot be approved, due to EU regulations. I am unsure whether a prepaid Visa card is acceptable in this scenario.
Since there are no Magix staff who post here I suggest you email infoservice@magix.net and ask them how you may complete your intended purchase.
