Can't log in to my account.

How do I contact support when I can't log in to my account to contact support? Do they have an email address? I have several Magix/Xara programs but trying to login to my account produces a server working on it/too late message. This has been happening for months. No clearing of cache/trying different browsers/using different computers makes any difference.

My conclusions about what is occurring is in my second last comment. Login details have been checked to be correct.

I’m locked out due to my bank looking into it they have now cleared it and im still locked out

These are user to user forums so no-one who posts here can help in any way with account log in problems, sorry.

You need to email infoservice@magix.net, giving FULL details of what is, or is not, happening for you and ask for their help to resolve it.
