Can't install Software

Sarah-Sanchez wrote on 9/11/2021, 9:46 AM

I bought and installed Magix Music Maker Premium back in April and it was working fine, but then I wiped my computer by mistake. It's up and running again, but the Music Maker software won't install. It gets to a certain point then tells me to remove it. I've removed it from everywhere on my pc, then re-installed it again and it just wants to remove what it's installed.

Please can anyone help?

@Sarah-Sanchez

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Try running this Microsoft tool, then try installing again.

Ugh! I ran the link and all was fine. It installed then when it was at the 'Let's get started' stage, an error came up. Error in the system! :-(

Says this: Code execution cannot continue because MSVCP140.dll was not found. This problem can be solved by reinstalling the program.

I restarted my pc, the uninstalled then reinstalled.
