Can't hear other sounds while on samplitude, is there a way to fix it?

I can hear sounds on samplitude fine but when im on it I can't hear other sounds like youtube or music, is there a way to get around this so I can hear all sounds?

Try changing the audio output device setting from ASIO to Direct X or Wave Driver depending on your sound card.

Correct! In Samplitude, go to System Options / Audio Setup / Drive System, and then switch to MME.

In this way I had luck.
