Can"t get my Sound Forge 16

Hello.

My computer was broken, and I lost all data from it, including Sound Forge 16 that I purchased recently, and I have serial number for it, and I'm trying to download the program, and they are telling me that I have to buy it again. Please let me know how I can download without paying again.

Did you log into Magix service centre here and check under "My products" to download?
