Can't find old program on the webstore

I bought a bundle from a 3rd party seller. All the other MAGIX brundle products were send a proper serial number, but the last product was sent a coupon code. I have found out that that means I use the coupon in the MAGIX store to get my product. But Now I can't find my product to redeem. Is there a way to find my product? It's Music Maker 2020.

@mike-snyder Can you tell us, which bundle you bought?

"Music Bundle by Magix Keys" That's what my account says. I bought it in 05/20/2020 through Fanatical.com.

@mike-snyder

Have you tried to enter the coupon code here https://www.magix.com/redeem ?

I just tried that, it doesn't work, and says invalid voucher code. Plus the code is a "coupon code" which if I follow the instructions says that I'm to go to the Magix store, buy the software, use the coupon code to reduce the price to $0 and checkout. However, I cannot find the 2020 software. The store only offers the 2022 software. I'm lost as to where to find the 2020 software.

@mike-snyder Was it this bundle here: https://www.fanatical.com/en/bundle/fanatical-music-bundle-by-magix ?

This bundle just contains the free version of Music Maker and an in-app-store coupon to buy something like a feature, instrument or loop pack. You need to install Music Maker 2020 to be able to use the coupon because the coupons will not appear inside thr current version 2022.
