ichiknight wrote on 6/10/2010, 3:24 AM

I REALLY NEED TO KNOW HOW TO EXPORT MY ARRANGEMENTS TO WAV, MP3, AIFF, Etc... IN MUSIC MAKER 15 DOWNLOAD VERSION

I can see the options in the dropdown but the only one availble to select is "Youtube".
I have read the manual and searche online for tips but the only thing I can find is "go to: File> Export..." Been trying that all day- even reset my settings- nothing works- Am I missing something or is there a plugin that needs to be downloaded?

I am fustrated and in a crunch- Please help.

I thank greatly anyone who can help me asolve this problem.Using Windos XP.

Thank you for responding Nihno94.

But unfortunately it seams the program just hates me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and the same problem occures. Do you think version 15 just doesn't come with an export option- which would be crazy... but this is hard to understand. Or is there a setting I am overlooking?

I guess I wll call support today.

But Thank you for sending the PDF's they are extreamly helpful!
And oh how I miss Japan!!

Hi,

I have just sent you direct message too.
I do not think you are overlooking something or it comes without export option.
The only possibility is your program installed incomplete.

Thank you

So I can understand... you have the download version of Music Maker 15 and under file, export, you do not have the export to anything but YouTube?

If so, there is something missing but it is not anything to do with an extra download or anything I am aware of. I do not have Music Maker 15, but I do have 16, I cannot imagine there will be a huge change in the export features of the two programs.

First, I know you need an arrangement open, or something within the tracks to export... Then going to File > Export > (select file type to export to)... I think you know that part... do any of the short cuts work?

In my program Alt + W on the keyboard open the export dialog for exporting the project as a .wav file.

Maybe that will help. I took a screen shot of it, so you can see what the other shortcuts are...

Yes.  I have tried everything. My short cut commands don't even open the drop down. I am talking with Tech Support- i think it's a Magix fix. So hopefully it will be solved today- but thank both of you for stepping in- Hopefully once I learn the program more I can return the favor.

@ ollu1983

Please do not resurrect old posts - this one is over 6 years old.

This issue is affecting several users and also every version of Music Maker I have installed on my laptop, my PC has not been affected yet!
