So I purchased an FX soundpool for MMM 2019 premium called VARIOUS ESSENTIAL SOUND FX VOL. 1 By MAGIX. On producer plane,t it shows that I own it but it doesn't show up as a soundpool in MMM that I can install, in fact in the store tab it doesn't show up at all. and if I try to do it via file mamanger it doesn't work. Please help. I've posted a bunch of issues that I am having that I can't seem to figure out. :( I ran an update for MMM but it said it was up to date.
