When trying to download plugins, after filling in the box with the numbers I see I get the message "The code you entered was not correct. Please try again! "
This happened when I was trying to download the trial program, but I bought it anyway, but now still keep getting this message. How do I get my plug ins?
This is happening from two different PCs. Help please
